PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
A real estate Sales Agent since March, 2003, Ms. Velardi has experience  in the sale and lease of office and industrial properties in Eastern Passaic County and Northwest Bergen County. Additionally, she specialized in retail properties in Ridgewood.   She started her career in real estate and trained with Weichert Commerical and eventually became VP of Sales with Hirshman Realty in Paramus, NJ

Working out of Forked River and heading up the commercial department of the office, Ms. Velardi brings her vast commercial experience to the shore area as well.  

Ms. Velardi has more than 20 years of management experience in distribution, sales, marketing and importing/exporting. Prior to her real estate career she worked in international marketing and sales for companies such as Stauffer Chemical (Food Ingredient Division), International Flavors and Fragrances, and W.R. Grace (Grace Cocoa Division), as well as having had her own food import/export business in Europe. 

EDUCATION
Ms. Velardi attended Holy Cross College, where she received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Chemistry, with a minor in Economics.

PERSONAL
After living in Europe for 13 years Ms. Velardi returned to her native Bergen County and now resides in Bayville, NJ.
